Document backup
Our servers are backed-up continuously to an off-site location for safety and security of your documents and files. We backup both our database and files using industry standard tools and our hosting provider monitors the status of these backups.
We have redundant 'hot-swap' hardware ready in case of a hardware failure. We are constantly reviewing and testing our document management process and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) so you can be confident that your data is in safe hands with Revolve.
Server infrastructure
Revolve's hardware setup is one of the pillars of that reliability. All of our hardware is hosted at a Tier-3 (second highest level possible) Data Center with redundant network links to make sure it has 99.99% uptime and 24/7 monitoring. We have designed the system to distribute the load between our database and the web servers that you access, so the system is fast and responsive.
We have hot-swap hardware available to make sure that the system is up, and support agreements to make sure that hardware failures are replaced fast. We know how important your data is and we make sure that you can access it when you need it.
