The Affirm team have been providing financial software solutions for over 10 years and our systems have automated thousands of documents and contracts.

Richard Power, FAICD Chairman Richard Power, Chairman, has a background in Finance of over 30 years. Over the past 20 years, Richard was CEO and Executive Chairman of Focus Capital Group Limited. Richard developed the business into a multi million dollar premier Vendor Finance operation in Australasia, providing services to major banking institutions along with leading vendors such as Apple, Ericsson, Toshiba and Kodak. In 2004 the business was sold to a banking consortium with Richard continuing until recently in the capacity of Director.
Jeff Bonnes Director and CEO Jeff Bonnes, CEO, manages the team and operations at Affirm. He has established and managed a number of successful businesses and also draws on a strong technical background with more than 15 years experience in the IT industry both in the USA and Australia. Jeff led the team at Focus Capital to develop Focus Frontier, an on-line contracting system which enabled thousands of vendor sales staff to automate the financing of equipment. This system is still best practice in the finance industry.
Prof. Kevin Hindle, CPA Director Prof Kevin Hindle, Professor of Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University is actively involved in the sales and marketing for the business. Kevin brings worldwide experience in assisting businesses in planning, an international reputation as an author of business planning literature and as a leader in the education of indigenous peoples in this area. Kevin is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
