Affirm Software Group Pty Ltd ("Affirm Software") appreciates the importance of protecting personal information about individuals and recognises the trust placed in Affirm Software when personal information is disclosed to Affirm Software. To the extent that Affirm Software is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles ("APPs") contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act"), Affirm Software complies with the NPPs when handling personal information.
